Shipping

For in-stock items, item will be processed and dispatched within 7 days. All orders are shipped from Hong Kong. Domestic orders will be delivered by SF Express or Local Post.

International Orders usually take 1-2 weeks and are delivered by DHL Express. International clients are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be responsible for items damaged, broken, or delayed/lost/stolen due to customs. For International delivery orders, you may message us on Instagram to check if delivery is possible to your location.

All products are displayed in HKD (Hong Kong Dollar). Your orders are processed in HKD, and is converted to the local currency via your bank or payment method

Hong Kong: 2-3 business days

Overseas: 1-2 weeks

For custom order, since it is crafted especially for you, please allow 3-4 weeks depending on complexity. 


Returns & Exchanges
Products are hand drawn and carefully checked before shipping. Generally there are no refunds and exchanges unless the product description has misrepresented the piece. Please direct message our Instagram page or reach out through our contact us form if you have an inquiry and we will be more than happy to get back to you. In case we agree upon returning/exchanging of the item, the item must be shipped back within 7 days from the arrival of your order and in their original packaging. In addition, we must be provided with the tracking number. We will not be able to process any returns if the time range is not followed. We will determine if the piece is eligible for a full refund or exchange after we receive the goods. We do not refund shipping costs.

Personalized and customized orders, including custom design, sizing, and engraved items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or resizing requests for international orders.
